Cloud Roster (the "App"), developed by Hand Crafted Software, does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or usage data from users. This privacy policy explains what (we do not) do with your information and how to contact us with questions.
2. Information we do not collect
- The App does not collect, upload, store, or transmit any personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, contacts, or account identifiers).
- The App does not collect, upload, store, or transmit usage data, analytics, location data, photos, or media.
- The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
3. Device permissions
- The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photo library, location, calendar, or other protected device features. If any future update requires access to a device feature, you will be informed at the time of the update and must grant permission for it to be used.
4. Local processing
- All functionality runs locally on your device. No data is sent to our servers or to any third party.
5. Third parties
- The App does not share data with third parties because the App does not collect or transmit any user data.
- The App includes no third-party advertising or analytics services.
6. Data retention and deletion
- Because the App does not collect or store user data, there is no user data to retain or delete. If this changes in a future version, we will provide users with information on how to access and request deletion of their data.
7. Children
- The App is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). Because the App does not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect or process data from children.
8. Security
- As the App does not collect or transmit user data, there is no data stored to secure. We follow standard development practices to minimize security risks in the App itself.
9. Changes to this policy
- If we change the way the App handles data in the future, we will update this privacy policy and, where required, notify users of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.

Legal note
If required by law or in response to a valid legal request (for example, a subpoena), we would comply with lawful requests for information. Because the App does not collect or retain user data, we would not be able to provide personal user information in response to such requests.
